Hugo Casarisi - Diretor de Arte
Influenciado por uma família de artistas de várias vertentes aprendeu, os primeiros acordes de violão aos quinze anos e, absorto pela música, trocou sua bicicleta por quatro aulas de guitarra. Foi o suficiente para aprender os primeiros exercícios de digitação e começar a desenvolver suas habilidades culminando no iniciar seu primeiro trabalho: uma banda de punk rock. Mais tarde o jovem – ótimo ouvinte e detentor de uma memória musical prodigiosa – pôde apreciar do samba ao jazz e do tango ao barroco e ainda teve tempo e disposição para investigar e aprofundar suas outras potências: treinou malabares, escreveu um livro de poesias e cursou Editoração Eletrônica; Circo Íntimo; Teatrando Montagem; Pedagogia (UnB); GTR (Instituto de Guitarra de Brasília) e Música (UnB). Em 2011 concebeu, produziu e dirigiu o espetáculo BLCO Musical Existencialista Quântico alçando seu primeiro voo como diretor de arte. Teve seu trabalho regionalmente reconhecido quando, em 2012, recebeu o Premio SESC de Teatro Candango na categoria Melhor Sonoplastia com o espetáculo Ensaio Geral, da ATA (Agrupação Teatral Amacaca), dirigido por Hugo Rodas. Trabalha atualmente com os grupos Cia. Viçeras, ATA, Teatro da Sacola e BLCO.
Hugo Casarisi é CONTRABAIXISTA, compositor, diretor de arte, diretor musical, arranjador, professor, sonoplasta, jingler, notador musical, designer gráfico, videoartista, produtor cultural, soundtrack developer para publicidade, teatro e cinema, operador de áudio, artista gráfico e plástico, performer, filósofo, cronista, ator, malabarista, estudante e poeta. Há mais de dez anos realiza várias pesquisas em composição e percepção musical (orgânica, elétrica e eletrônica) que se mostram repletas de diversidade em estilo e influências. Sua atuação no contrabaixo, no computador ou no backstage, é atenciosa, limpa, criativa e diversificada. Improvisa com criatividade e, em grupo é um profissional atento, competente, pontual e entregue à função: capacidades que acredita serem fundamentais para um bom trabalho em equipe. As principais marcas do seu trabalho são autenticidade, ética, versatilidade e responsabilidade social. É um multiartista eminentemente político e positivamente inconformado. Seus trabalhos autorais (em qualquer das mídias) têm profundidade e sentimento no discurso filosófico/social. Acredita que o fazer e/ou apreciar artístico aliado ao acesso à educação é a chave para uma sociedade mais justa e igualitária, onde todos possam desfrutar dos mesmos direitos e se obrigar com os mesmos deveres. Para ele, o entendimento das leis e o conhecimento da história são ferramentas indispensáveis na configuração de um caráter cidadão. Entende, fala, escreve e lê em inglês fluentemente. Possui conhecimentos avançados de informática em programas de criação, produção e mixagem de áudio, edição de vídeo, editoração eletrônica, diagramação e design gráfico.
